The announcement was made during Netflix’s 2025 Upfront presentation, where the platform unveiled fresh footage from Season 4, teasing a new romantic arc that centers around Benedict Bridgerton, played by Luke Thompson, and his upcoming love interest Sophie Baek, portrayed by Yerin Ha.

Netflix Doubles Down on Bridgerton’s Future with Two More Seasons

This new two-season renewal brings the series officially past its halfway point. The show, which adapts Julia Quinn’s best-selling novels, was always intended to follow each of the eight Bridgerton siblings through their personal love stories. With this update, Netflix has now committed to adapting at least six of those eight stories.
