Guns N’ Roses Share Hilarious Axl Rose Stage Fall Compilation on Instagram
Guns N’ Roses are showing fans they know how to laugh at themselves. The iconic rock band posted a funny new video on Instagram, poking fun at frontman Axl Rose by highlighting some of his most memorable onstage wipeouts over the years.
Axl Rose Takes a Tumble in Style
The video, which runs just over a minute, is set to their hit song “Welcome to the Jungle” and features a string of clips showing Axl Rose falling during various live shows. The footage spans decades, including moments from the 1980s up to now. Whether it’s slipping on his back, tripping over stairs, or walking right off the stage, the video shows it all.
The latest addition to the compilation happened just this past weekend. While performing “Sweet Child O’ Mine” in Mumbai, Axl tripped while running up the stairs onstage. That moment was quickly added to the growing reel of falls. The band jokingly titled the video “Guns N’ Roses Greatest Hits” in the caption, giving fans a reason to smile.
New Tour, New Drummer, Same Rock Energy
Despite the falls, the show always goes on. Guns N’ Roses recently kicked off their Because What You Want & What You Get Are Two Completely Different Things World Tour. The tour includes stops in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East and will run through the end of July.
For some concerts, they’ll be joined by big names like Public Enemy, Rival Sons, and the Sex Pistols. This tour also marks their first with drummer Isaac Carpenter, who replaced longtime member Frank Ferrer earlier this year. The band praised Carpenter in a statement, saying he combines groove, power, and technical skill in a way that stands out.
And while Axl Rose might continue to face-plant during high-energy performances, at least Carpenter is safely tucked behind the drum kit. One thing’s for sure: the band’s ability to rock and laugh at themselves keeps fans coming back for more.
