Gallatin, Tennessee, Actor and YouTube Creator Cole Parker, 19, Passes Away, Leaving His Parents Kim And Frankie Harris
Cole Parker Harris, a 19-year-old actor, content creator, and storytelling enthusiast from Gallatin, Tennessee, passed away on June 1, 2026, leaving behind a community of fans, friends, and a family that loved him deeply.
He was born on May 7, 2007, and in his short life managed to touch far more lives than most people do in a lifetime.
Cole found his calling early. His performance journey began in musical theater, where he discovered that bringing characters to life on stage gave him a sense of purpose and joy.
That early passion grew into a serious pursuit, eventually leading him to sign with PureTalent Management and Avalon Talent Agency in Los Angeles.
He appeared in the feature film The Cunning and became a familiar face on the popular YouTube channel Shiloh and Bros., a project that introduced him to a wide audience and brought him genuine happiness.
A Creator Who Built His Own World
Beyond the work others hired him for, Cole carved out his own creative space through his YouTube channel, Fantation, where he wrote, directed, and produced original content entirely on his own terms.
His videos reflected his humor, his imagination, and a storytelling instinct that felt natural and distinctive. He was also a devoted Dungeons and Dragons player, drawn to the collaborative, world-building nature of the game and the friendships it created around a table.
Music was woven into his daily life, too. Friends and family knew him as someone who would sing at full volume in his car, equally comfortable with Broadway show tunes and Tyler, the Creator.
He approached learning the same way he approached everything else, with genuine curiosity and real discipline. He excelled academically while never losing the warmth and accessibility that made people want to be around him.
A Brother, a Son, and an Extraordinary Human Being
Cole’s character extended well beyond his talents. When his younger sister Meredith was diagnosed with leukemia, Cole donated bone marrow to help save her life.
He never made a big deal of it. To him, it was simply what you do for family. That quiet selflessness defined him more than any role or video ever could.
In his final years, Cole faced significant health challenges of his own. Those who watched him during that period described someone who never let his circumstances shrink his spirit.
He kept creating, kept connecting with people, and kept showing up with the same warmth that had always been at the center of who he was.
He is survived by his parents, Kim and Frankie Harris, his brother Logan, his sister Meredith, his grandmother Shirley Meredith, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Sumner Funeral and Cremation Lakeside in Hendersonville, Tennessee, followed immediately by a memorial service.
A reception will take place at Lighthouse on the Lake in Hendersonville from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Arrangements are handled by Sumner Funeral and Cremation, reachable at 615-452-9059.
Cole Harris was nineteen years old. He made it count.
