Why Was Vitaly Arrested?

His charges include unjust vexation, alarm and scandal, and even attempted theft. The reason? He allegedly harassed Filipino citizens during his livestreams while pulling disruptive pranks.
Videos of these pranks have reportedly been circulating online, showing behavior that upset the locals. Authorities say he will be held accountable for his actions under Philippine law. According to Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla, Vitaly is now being held at the Bureau of Immigration detention facility in Muntinlupa.
