Meghan Trainor Shows Off Stunning Transformation After Weight Loss and Breast Surgery
Meghan Trainor is turning heads with her bold new look.
The “All About That Bass” singer, 31, stepped out at the Los Angeles premiere of Paper on Wednesday, showing off her slimmed-down frame and fresh confidence. She walked the red carpet hand-in-hand with her husband, actor Daryl Sabara.
Dressed in a plunging black camisole and crisp white shorts, Trainor highlighted her tiny waist with a chic bow and sparkling buckle. She completed the look with pointed black heels and a wispy updo, her bangs framing a natural, glowing face.
A Joint Style Moment
Sabara, 33, matched his wife’s energy, keeping it sleek in an all-black ensemble.
The couple’s red carpet appearance comes months after Trainor revealed she had undergone a breast augmentation and lift. She shared that the decision came after “having two kids, living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight.”
Fans were quick to notice her changing look, sparking playful comments like, “Where did all the bass go?”
How Meghan Lost the Weight
In April, the pop star shared that she turned to Mounjaro, a diabetes medication also used for weight loss, to help shed pounds.
Interestingly, Sabara joined her on the same plan. “We do everything together,” Trainor explained at the time.
But her transformation wasn’t just about medication. She credited working with a dietician, training regularly, and making major lifestyle changes after giving birth to her two sons, Riley, 4, and Barry, 2.
Feeling Stronger Than Ever
“I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my boys,” Trainor told fans. “I feel great, and I’m so glad I did it.”
The Grammy winner also admitted that she doesn’t look like she did a decade ago — and she’s completely fine with it.
Her renewed energy and confidence have made their way onto the stage too.
A Playful Twist on “All About That Bass”
During her performance at iHeartRadio’s KIIS-FM Wango Tango in May, Trainor cheekily rewrote her most famous lyric.
Instead of the original “Yeah, it’s pretty clear: I ain’t no size 2,” she quipped to the crowd, “Yeah, it’s pretty clear: I got some new boobs.”
The line had fans laughing and cheering, proving Trainor hasn’t lost her humor or her fearless honesty.
