Mega Dragonite is real in Pokémon Legends: Z-A and it looks wild

Well, it’s official. During the latest Pokémon Presents showcase, Pokémon Legends: Z-A just dropped a big one—Mega Dragonite is coming. And yes, it looks incredible.

For longtime fans of Mega Evolutions, this is huge. We haven’t really seen this mechanic play a major role since Pokémon X and Y, so its return in Z-A is making waves. And what better Pokémon to showcase it than Dragonite?

This Mega Evolution gives Dragonite some clear Dragonair vibes, almost like it’s coming full circle with its evolutionary line. Sleeker body, enhanced wings, and a more graceful flight form. Oh, and it’s still rocking the Dragon/Flying type combo.

But here’s the kicker—Rogue Mega Evolution. Yeah, it’s a thing now. In Lumiose City, wild Pokémon are apparently Mega Evolving on their own and going absolutely berserk. Trainers will have to battle these rogue forms, calm them down, and grab Mega Stones along the way.

Between the return of Mega Evolution and the chaotic twist of wild rogues, Pokémon Legends: Z-A is shaping up to be something totally different. And with Mega Dragonite leading the charge, the hype is very real.
