Love Island USA Season 7: Heart Rate Challenge Results and Drama Explained

Who Raised Heart Rates The Most?

The Love Island USA Season 7 heart rate challenge always gets the villa buzzing, and this year’s was no different. The islanders showed up ready to stir the pot. By the end, feelings got hurt, some flirty moves landed, and the villa needed a minute to cool off.

When the results came in, a few people made more impact than others. Iris made Nicolas’ heart race the most, while Amaya and Andreina both got Pepe going. Jaden turned Nicolas’ head too, so he was clearly busy. Chelley’s top match was Chris. That one alone stirred enough drama to last all night.

On the boys’ side, the biggest surprise was how Cierra pulled three boys. Zak, Bryan, and Elan all felt the spark. Ace matched up with Huda, which nobody missed, especially Chelley. And Taylor, who’s been stuck between Clarke and Olandria, had Olandria’s heart racing the most.

What Drama Did The Challenge Cause?

If you’ve watched Love Island before, you know the heart rate challenge never ends when the music stops. Huda’s dance for Ace sent Chelley straight to vent with the girls. To her, the move was out of line. She made it clear that if Huda thought she’d get away with it, she was wrong.

The episode cut off before Huda could even try to explain. That talk is definitely coming. Chelley’s not one to hold back. Meanwhile, Ace didn’t do much to calm things down, which says a lot about where his head’s at.

Taylor had a whole side plot too. He told the boys he kept Olandria in the villa on purpose. He didn’t chat her up after, but Olandria didn’t sit around waiting. She turned it up in the challenge and got Taylor thinking all over again.

Cierra found herself in a weird spot. She and Nicolas finally sat down and had a real talk. He swore he was done with all the tests, but with Elan still around, Cierra’s Casa Amor link is still right there. Add in Olandria and Nicolas admitting they kissed — outside a challenge — and you get one confused Cierra. At first she let it slide. Then Iris got in her ear, and now she’s questioning everything.

Who’s Coupled Up Now?

Even after all the dances, the main pairs didn’t shift too wildly yet. Chelley is sticking with Ace, for now. Jaden’s leaning on Austin. Clarke and Taylor have a spark, but Olandria’s name still floats around him. Huda seems to have her eyes on Chris, who isn’t exactly running away.

Pepe and Gracyn keep drifting closer. Iris has TJ on her side. Andreina’s moment with Bryan keeps them linked for now. But like every year, the real question is how long any of these flings actually last when the next twist hits.

One thing about Love Island — nobody stays comfy for long. Especially when hearts race and secrets slip out.
