Lil Tay Says She Made Over $1 Million Within Hours of Launching Her OnlyFans

Lil Tay is back in the headlines, and this time she’s claiming a massive payday. Just days after turning 18, the viral rapper and internet personality announced that she made over $1 million within three hours of launching her OnlyFans account.

On August 3, Tay shared a screenshot of her alleged earnings on Instagram, showing a total of $1,024,298. The breakdown included $511,003 from subscriptions, $486,558 from messages, and $26,736 in tips.

In a follow-up video, Tay addressed her critics with a message of defiance. “You can hate on me all you want,” she said. “You can’t say Lil Tay ain’t winning. So for everybody out there, do whatever the hell you want with your life. Who gives a f–k what people have to say? Remember this, Lil Tay rich and finna get richer.”

Tay, who turned 18 on July 29, had been teasing her possible debut on the adult content platform for weeks. In a video posted on July 22, she said, “Every male has been counting down to it and literally telling me to ‘drop the link’ the second I turn 18. Girlies, what do you think? Should I do it?”

That post kicked off a string of 10 more videos where she asked her followers if she should take the plunge. Then, just after midnight on her birthday, she confirmed in a TikTok Live that she filmed her content “one minute past midnight.”

Lil Tay first gained internet fame in 2018 with viral videos flaunting cash, cars, and luxury living, all while cursing in bold, freestyle raps. Her sudden rise and equally sudden disappearance came during a custody dispute between her parents, which led to her retreat from the public eye.

In August 2023, Tay’s name hit the news again when an Instagram post falsely announced her and her brother Jason’s deaths. The internet was shocked — until Tay spoke out the next day, claiming the account had been hacked.

“I want to make it clear that my brother and I are safe and alive,” she said in a statement released via TMZ. “But I’m completely heartbroken, and struggling to even find the right words to say. My Instagram account was compromised by a third party and used to spread jarring misinformation and rumors.”

Tay later explained to Rolling Stone in November 2023 that the death hoax disrupted her plans for a long-awaited comeback. “I really wanted to get things going,” she said. “And this was just something that came out of absolutely nowhere. And I had to clean up.”

Now, Lil Tay appears to be reintroducing herself to the digital world with a fresh strategy — and no apologies. Whether you agree with her or not, she’s making it clear that she’s back, bold, and focused on building her empire her way.
