Jessica Alba is stepping into summer with calm energy, good vibes, and a whole lot of self-care. The 44-year-old actress and Honest Company founder took to Instagram to share a dreamy collection of photos that capture her soaking in sunshine, friendship, and quiet moments.
“Channeling chill – breathwork – friendship and selfcare,” she captioned the photo carousel, giving followers a gentle reminder to take it slow and breathe easy. And with bikinis, face masks, and affirmations front and center, Alba’s post felt like a personal retreat in photo form.
Bikini Moments and Healing Intentions
In the series of snapshots, Jessica shows off a mix of stylish swimwear and relaxed energy. One photo shows her flashing a peace sign by the pool in a brown-and-white printed bikini, paired with sunnies, a sunhat, and a dainty necklace. From Survival Mode to Mindful Living
In a recent June 2024 interview with People, Jessica reflected on the early years of her acting career. “You’re not always taking the roles that are the best,” she said. “You’re just taking roles to survive.” That mindset, she said, taught her resilience—but looking back, she wishes she had known more about the creative control that comes with writing, producing, and directing.
Jessica’s experiences have shaped how she sees her kids navigating their own futures. She shares three children—Honor, 16, Haven, 12, and Hayes, 6—with her ex-husband Cash Warren. The pair filed for divorce earlier this year after 16 years of marriage.
Though she admits she tries not to steer her children too strongly toward or away from Hollywood, Jessica says she hopes to be a better guide than what she had. “If you tell your kid anything, they’re going to do the opposite, right?” she joked.
