Aubrey O’Day to Testify in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Sex Trafficking Trial

The courtroom battle surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs has taken another major turn as former Danity Kane singer Aubrey O’Day is expected to take the stand. According to Us Weekly, O’Day will testify in Diddy’s ongoing sex trafficking trial “sometime this week or next week.”

Diddy, who has pleaded not guilty to multiple serious charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and conspiracy, is currently facing legal proceedings that have already included three witnesses. Aubrey O’Day’s name now adds another high-profile element to the case.

Aubrey O’Day Says She’s Ready: “She Wants Justice for Everyone”

Sources close to O’Day say that she’s prepared to speak out, despite how overwhelming the situation may feel. “It’s nerve-racking, but she’s ready,” one insider shared. “She’s not going to back down. She wants justice for everyone.”

On Wednesday, Aubrey hinted at her involvement when she posted to her Instagram Stories, writing “NYC bound” followed by “Hey New York!!! Where y’all think I should head first?” She included a scale emoji, often used to reference the justice system, fueling speculation about her upcoming testimony.

Over the years, O’Day has been open about her troubled experience with Diddy. Their clashes on MTV’s Making the Band were well documented. She was famously removed from Danity Kane in 2008 by Combs himself. Her social media has long reflected her frustrations with the industry and her time working under the Bad Boy label.

Last year, O’Day spoke to People about Diddy’s growing list of legal issues. When asked if she felt any vindication, her response was deeply personal: “There’s no vindication when you’re a victim of someone… It’s a forever thing that you have to wake up every day and choose to evolve past.”

O’Day Has Been Warning the Public for Years

In 2023, Aubrey revealed she was asked to sign an NDA from Diddy to stop her from making any negative statements about him or Bad Boy Records. She refused. She also reposted old clips from Making the Band, highlighting moments of conflict between her and Combs as his legal troubles began to escalate. When federal agents raided Diddy’s home, O’Day posted footage of their past tensions and added, “Respectfully, I’ve been telling y’all this for 2 decades and did anyone listen? No.”

When Diddy was arrested and charged, O’Day took to X (formerly Twitter) to share her reaction:

“The purpose of Justice is to provide an ending and allow us the space to create a new chapter. Women never get this. I feel validated. Today is a win for women all over the world, not just me. Things are finally changing.”

Sean Combs has denied all charges brought against him. His legal team has entered a not guilty plea on five counts, including racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

As the trial continues, all eyes are now on Aubrey O’Day, whose testimony could become one of the most pivotal moments in this high-profile case.

Stay tuned for further updates as more witnesses are expected to come forward in the weeks ahead.
