Oliver Haarmann isn’t your usual Hollywood connection either. He’s a German financier, a founding partner at Searchlight Capital, and a minority co-owner of the NHL’s New York Islanders. That’s part of what makes this relationship work so well. Reese reportedly appreciates that he isn’t part of the entertainment world.
