Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ken Urker Moving In Together After Parole Ends

Gypsy Rose Blanchard is stepping into a fresh start and this time she’s doing it her way. She’s off parole. She’s got her freedom. And she’s wasting no time building what she calls a “full-time family” with Ken Urker.

After spending so long with rules hanging over her head, Gypsy says it feels good to just live. No more paperwork. No more asking for permission to pack a bag and leave the state. She shared the news on Tori Spelling’s MisSpelling podcast. You could hear the excitement in her voice.

For months, Gypsy and Ken have been bouncing between New Orleans and her parents’ place. They needed her parole officer’s green light every time they crossed state lines. Now they’re done with that. She says, “Now, this week, I can move in with Ken, and we could be a full-time family.”

What Does Moving In Mean For Gypsy?

It’s not just about sharing a house. It’s about finally having what Gypsy’s never really had — normal family life. She and Ken welcomed their baby girl, Aurora, last December. They’ve been doing the back-and-forth dance ever since.

Now, they’ll get to wake up under the same roof every day. Cook dinner. Put Aurora to bed. Plan trips without asking anyone’s permission. Gypsy said they’re already planning a beach vacation with her dad, Rod, and his wife Kristy.

And she dropped a little hint that this family might grow in another way soon. Ken went ring shopping. Gypsy’s not sure if he bought the ring yet. But he did talk to her dad and got his blessing. That part means a lot to her.

Could An Engagement Be Next?

This wouldn’t be Gypsy’s first time down the aisle. She was married to Ryan Anderson before, but that didn’t stick. With Ken, things feel different. You can hear it when she talks about him.

She’s got that mix of hope and nerves. She says part of her wonders if Ken will pop the question on their vacation. She loves that he’s kept her guessing. She loves that he wants her dad’s blessing too.

For Gypsy, it’s a big moment. She spent so much of her life stuck under someone else’s rules. Now, she’s choosing her own. She’s building her own family. Moving in with Ken is just the start.
